A 'Gothic Revival' gold and enamelled broad band ring, probably made in the workshops of John Hardman in Birmingham, with six Quatrefoil panels of coloured champlevé enamels, showing a cupid, a falconer, a maiden, a spray of lilies, a spray of blur flowers and a Memento mori motif of a winged skull and crossbones with a serpent, each panel flanked by engraved gargoyle-like masks.
