A lace pocket handkerchief, a quilted silk purse decorated with sequins and a ribbon decorated with flowers, in a carved triangular frame decorated with leaves and with initials and date 'ER 1600', with a paper label to the the back 'Mr. F. G. Enys - Pocket handkerchief which once belonged to Queen Elizabeth, edged with old Guipere lace; a sachet wonderfully quilted and ornamented with gold sequins and a piece of ribbon made of cloth of gold, the whole once being the property of Queen Elizabeth, and enclosed in an appropriate frame designed and carved by Miss Douglas Cooper; all these articles have been examined at the South Kensington Museum and certified as genuine, the sequin work being the finest the authorities had seen.' 26.5in (67.2cm) high
